Jasmine spent the first decade of her career in various recruiting roles, from hiring interns for hyper-growth companies to executive search for startups, both in-house and as a consultant. Her affinity for building relationships with candidates and hiring teams has made each of her roles meaningful and engaging. A satisfying day always includes strengthening trust and communication with her business partners, and she puts those skills to use as a Project Manager. Jasmine has spent 4+ years as a Volunteer Crisis Counselor for Crisis Text Line and aspires to become a coach or mental health practitioner.
