A systems thinker first, Nikole works at the nexus of organizational development and clinical psychotherapy. Her aim is to drive transformational change within the organizations she serves. Nikole spent 5 years on the in-house Learning & Development team at Airbnb helping build and scale their offerings. She then acted as Director of Learning & Development at SNP Communications, a firm oriented toward founders and emerging leaders. Nikole also works in the clinical world as a therapist, specializing in trauma, workplace stress/burnout, and emotional regulation. She also loves jazz singing and volunteers with a group of youth music educators in Northern California.
