Committed to guiding organizations to achieve more diversified, equitable and inclusive workspaces, TK is a people-oriented facilitator with a talent for engaging and challenging different populations and perspectives. With a Master of Science in Management and Leadership, TK has worked with institutions of higher education, community support organizations and corporate businesses. He assists organizations with moving the dial from cultural awareness to tangible actions that create spaces of belonging. TK facilitates workshops focused on DEI broadly with a focus on understanding social identities and allyship development. TK also works as a police officer where he teaches courses at his local law enforcement academy.
