Jess is a leader in mental health and wellness at work as well as a diversity, equity, and inclusion advocate. She seeks to partner with organizations to provide change management programs with a goal of building more authentic, inclusive, and engaging work experiences. Her style is to honor the space needed to process, grow, and learn to achieve a more equitable workplace. Jess’ work has been featured in Journal of Counseling and Professional Psychology, The Clinical Psychologist and The Psych Discourse. Jess holds advanced degrees in Clinical Psychology and Social Work from the University of Southern California. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her son, traveling, and cooking.
